A local school district is partnering up with a local internet provider to help students stay connected.
The Raleigh County school district is teaming up with Suddenlink to make sure that students have every possible opportunity to get internet service. Suddenlink will be offering discounted internet service to the families of any student who currently gets free lunches. Raleigh County school superintendent Jim Brown says the partnership is a great opportunity.
"The announcement today is just fantastic news that Suddenlink will be partnering with our school system to provide access to internet services for students who qualify for reduced and free lunch."
To take advantage of the deal, all you need to do is contact your Suddenlink provider.
