PEMBERTON - A Raleigh County man landed in jail again after authorities say they caught him driving intoxicated for the second time in a row.

Clarence Ray West, 38, was arrested Sunday by the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office for several misdemeanor charges.

Corporal J.L. Redden charged him with DUI, driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance.

Employees with the sheriff's office said West is also charged with leaving the scene of an accident because his DUI caused a crash.

The alleged incident happened on Coal City Road in Pemberton.
