PRINCETON – Honoring men and women of service is a never-ending battle, and a Mercer County museum is joining the fight.
The veterans Walk of Honor is a program sponsored by the War Memorial in Princeton. The museum is installing a series of engraved bricks along the front of the building to honor veterans.
The Denver Foundation is selling bricks through the museum. More than 3,000 bricks will be laid on the sides of the walkway near the front steps.
Money raised will go towards an effort to take veterans on trips to Washington D.C.
For more information or to buy a brick call (304) 425-8660.
