LEWISBURG - A Greenbrier County man was arrested after State Police found a methamphetamine lab in his bedroom.

Harley Gene Harris, 31, faces felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, purchasing or possession of a substance to manufacture meth, and exposure of meth manufacturing to a child.

Corporal H. F. Blevins with the Lewisburg State Police Detachment said officers received a tip Wednesday morning of a potential meth lab at Spruce Cove Apartments in Lewisburg. Police spoke with Harris's sister, who is a tenant in one of the units, which led them to find ingredients to make meth and remnants of where Harris cooked the drug in his bedroom, according to Blevins.

Harris is in Southern Regional Jail on $30,000 bond.
