BECKLEY - A former medical professional is sentenced in U.S. District Court Wednesday to three years of probation and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service for obtaining oxycodone by fraud.

Crystal Gail Graham, 38, of Beckley previously pleaded guilty in November 2013 to obtaining oxycodone by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception and subterfuge, according to court officials. Graham was employed as a licensed practical nurse at Jackie Withrow Hospital in Beckley and used her position to illegally obtain oxycodone that she later sold to a confidential informant.
