Division of Natural Resources to hold public meetings for hunters, land owners

BECKLEY - The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is set to conduct public meetings to help educate outdoorsmen on new regulations.

The DNR will hold 12 gatherings across the state to provide hunters and landowners the opportunity to discuss proposed hunting regulations for certain game as well as new fishing and trapping laws.

Events in our area take place on Monday at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton and on Tuesday at the Raleigh County Convention Center in Beckley. 

The meetings are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Written comments are being accepted at these meetings, and the deadline to submit one is Friday, April 4.
