Power crews prepare for possible outages

BECKLEY - West Virginia is bracing for another round of snow and ice and power crews are ready.

Winter storm warnings are in effect for the entire state through Monday.The National Weather Service says parts of the Eastern Panhandle could see up to a foot of snow. Up to six to eight inches of snow is expected in other parts of the state. The storm began Sunday as rain.

The rain is expected to change to sleet and then snow by Monday.Appalachian Power says it's moving crews into areas of the state that are expected to be hit the hardest.
