Fayetteville man arrested for breaking into two businesses

FAYETTEVILLE - Police arrested the man suspected of breaking into two Fayette County businesses last week.

Joshua Lee Wheeler, 30, of Fayetteville is charged with two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of grand larceny. He also faces a probation violation. 

Police said surveillance camera footage shows Wheeler throwing a rock through the glass at Ben Franklin last week, taking off with money and some merchandise. Wheeler is also accused of breaking into New River Antique Mall last week. 

He is in Southern Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.
