Summers Co. Commissioner arrested for drunken driving

SUMMERS COUNTY - The Summers County Sheriff's Department says that a Summers County Commissioner has been arrested for drunken driving.

Commissioner Tony Williams was taken into custody by Sheriff's deputies at 1:30 a.m. after he flipped his Chevy Silverado on route three, police said. 

Police responded to the scene and determined Williams was drunk. He was administered a breath alcohol test where he tested three times over the legal limit, according to police.
