SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA.

* HAZARDS...STRONG TO DAMAGING WINDS...ALONG WITH DANGEROUS WIND 
CHILL READINGS.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING...INCREASING QUICKLY THIS EVENING AND LASTING THROUGH
THE MORNING HOURS ON FRIDAY.

* IMPACTS...STRONG TO DAMAGING WINDS WITH SCATTERED POWER 
OUTAGES POSSIBLE. BITTER WIND CHILLS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO
